Low Self-Esteem
What is Low self-esteem?
Low self-esteem means not thinking much of yourself as a person, or not holding yourself in high regard. If you have low self-esteem you might not feel confident or capable, may feel anxious, and may criticize yourself harshly.
How I can help
Low self-esteem can often be the root cause of many other issues such as anxiety and depression. If we don’t value ourselves, skills and gifts, then we can become disillusioned to why we are here on earth and what we can offer society.
When my clients start to feel better about themselves and begin to love who they are, it becomes much easier to find their gifts and what they are good at. People can use their gifts to create a new job that they love as apposed to their 9 to 5 daily slog, to help others or to simply enjoy themselves. A good example of this would be someone who has repressed their love for music or the arts. I use the Emotion Code to remove trapped emotions from childhood such as unworthy, worthless, hopelessness and fear in order for people to feel better about themselves.
When we are children we are very sensitive and can take negative words very close to heart and take them literally. Teachers, parents and other children tell you ‘you’ll never be good enough to do that’. This belief can stay in our subconscious for many years. I want to remove these belief systems and trapped emotions for you to achieve your unlimited, infinite potential!!!
