What is Brain Fog?

Brain fog is a condition that can happen gradually over time. In my case, I was in a job that did not challenge me and I was no longer learning or growing which caused my brain to stagnate. You may feel your memory worsen or not feel as sharp as you used to. It may take a lot more energy and concentration to read books or to solve a simple puzzle. Brain fog can be a result of both anxiety and insomnia. When you don’t sleep well, you often wake up with a ‘fuzzy’ head and can’t think straight. Repeated over time, this had an effect that both drained my energy and reduced my mental sharpness and motivation.
