What is erectile dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to get or keep an erection firm enough to have sexual intercourse.

Occasional ED isn’t uncommon. Many men experience it during times of stress. It can also be a sign of emotional or relationship difficulties. The erectile dysfunction that I have experienced and now help others with, is the consistent inability, time after time of not being able to get and sustain an erection for penetrative sex. I have suffered with this since the age of 18 and want to open up to help the younger generations of men to which such a condition is frowned upon by society and seen as a taboo subject.

How I can help

There are a number of layers that need to be addressed in regard to recovering from erectile dysfunction. The first layer I had to address was my lifestyle choices and in particular my constant use of porn. When you are not in a relationship, it is easy to use porn as a substitute for intercourse and can become a convenient bad habit. I had unwittingly reprogrammed my brain and penis to be turned on by an illusion on the screen.

The next layer to address was the emotional layer with which I used The Emotion Code. Although I have lived with ED for most of my adult life, I first used the Emotion Code to help my anxiety and intrusive thoughts. By reducing anxiety and increasing my self esteem, I had subconsciously also helped my performance anxiety and ability to relax in the bedroom.

My healing did not finish here as I also needed to address my emotional boundaries to women on an intimate level, which meant I had to show my vulnerable side. I achieved this by using the Body Code and removing old belief systems from my subconscious as well as getting to know women on a deeper level and no longer objectifying them. Additional life style choices such as ditching the smart phone dating apps and going dancing regularly, helped me feel more comfortable in the company of women.

I offer emotional support in my one to one sessions to talk about these delicate matters and to give my clients the hope there is a long term solution by addressing the root cause. I believe we do not need to rely on Viagra or other drugs to keep our love life alive. We can actually enjoy sex and be playful with our partners without putting pressure on ourselves with expectations. Many of the root causes to erectile dysfunction are deeper set in our subconscious as anxieties and lack of love for ourselves. I also use the Body Code to find vitamin deficiencies and supplemental herbs that could help your libido and erection strength.
